Tips for Your Filamentality Project

Try to be creative with your Filamentality Hotlist. Consider your students to be the intended audience. Although the examples below do not necessarily reflect students as the primary audience, that is simply because it is difficult to find examples to illustrate that concept. Write your introduction as though you were speaking to your own students. Explain what they should do with the links you have assembled, if at all possible.

1. Use a creative title

Notice that Filamentality will automatically generate a subtitle that indicates this is a hotlist, so DO NOT use the word "hotlist" in your title.

This is an appropriate title.

This is so basic it is boring. Use some creativity in your title.

2. Include your "teacher" title.

3. Make the introduction interesting and inviting to the audience.

4. Carefully choose your categories. Do not have a category if there is only one link designated within that category.
