To Place Your Web Page on the Net You
Need:
1. A "place" to put it
a. Freebee web space providers (e.g. www.geocities.com) or2. Transfer files with your favorite FTP client (WS FTP) with one of two methods
b. Your ISP (space on their Web Server) see them for the following details -i. domain.name
ii. usemame
iii. password
iv. location of "web-accessible" directory
a. Ascii (plain-text) for the .htm(l) files3. Open a browser (Netscape Navigator) and put in the URL for your site to go and check to see that it all works. (Check Everything!!!) ;-)>
b. Binary (encoded) for the .gif .jpg or any other encoded file-type
